The Linn Kore provides an integrated sub-chassis and armboard option for compatible Linn Sondek LP12 turntables.
It can be considered during an LP12 upgrade, rebuild or refurbishment where the customer wants to move beyond the standard aluminium sub-chassis and separate laminate armboard configuration.
Aluminium sub-chassis
The Kore uses an aluminium sub-chassis that forms part of the suspended mechanical structure of the LP12.
It supports the bearing, platter and tonearm assembly while remaining connected to the wider suspension system.
Machined armboard
The Linn Kore includes a machined armboard as part of the assembly.
This differs from the standard LP12 arrangement, where the armboard is a separate five-layer laminate component.
