Precision engineering processes similar to those used in the Linn Klimax range have been applied in the development of the new stand, which is milled from a block of solid aluminium to provide a much heavier and more rigid base for the Linn Akurate 242 loudspeakers. The new one-piece stand provides an even stronger foundation for the speaker, reducing cabinet vibration, improving overall performance and musicality. If you purchase a new pair of Akurate 242 loudspeakers they will have the upgraded stands. These stands are available in black or silver finish.
